Cosmic Slumber Party

It's time to retreat and reclaim your power! Retire your tiresome routine and demands of daily life for two days of play and primal movement on the beautiful Lake Norman and one divine & expansive evening under the stars.

We currently live in a society in which respect for the feminine is rapidly disappearing. Wombmen are losing their freedoms and personal power. Healing can be done in joy - and with movement! There is synergy in raising power together. That synergy creates more energy than when we do this alone.

Doula Leela Zile (Childbirth Educator, Birthworker, Yoga Teacher, Healer, and Executive Director of Ahimsa Childbirth Services) will be holding space for you to be vulnerable, experience deep connection, and heal. The intention of this offering is to retreat, release, relax, & recharge with an emphasis on encouraging you to create space to welcome the abundance that is your birthright & have fun doing it! Proceeds from this event will be used to help us build capacity to expand our services. 

There are two lodging options, you may elect to bring your tent to camp or share a cabin with 4 others.

When you arrive:

Park in the lot near the swim area, which is located in the south area of the park at the end of State Park Road you will be greeted with a smile and open arms near the accessible fishing pier and the pier picnic area.

***Alcohol is prohibited in this area except in cabins, on the cabin campsite, or on individual campsites. Intoxication in a state park is prohibited. Smoking inside the cabin is prohibited. Pets are not allowed in the cabins and cabin areas.

A significant portion of the proceeds from this event will go towards making wellness support services accessible to pregnant and postpartum people in low income and BIPOC communities.
